National Volunteer Week

National Volunteer Week, a program established by Points of Light in 1974, will take place April 24-28, 2017 and is about demonstrating to the nation that by working together, we have the fortitude to meet our challenges and accomplish our goals. The program encourages individuals and their respective communities to take action and be at the center of social change, discovering and actively demonstrating their collective power to make a difference. The Center for Leadership and Service and various campus and community partners will promote a daily service opportunity for each weekday. View and sign up for National Volunteer Week services at the Sign Up to Serve Calendar.
